Requirements for candidates:
-"Out of the box" thinkers with an inclination toward research 
-Ph.D. in Computer Science or Computer-related area from a research
university 
-Strong publication record in relevant conferences and journals 
-Ability to articulate the larger implications of a research project 
-Strong presentation skills 
-Willingness to take strong, possibly controversial positions on issues 
-Inclination for applied research (vs. purely theoretical)
